Evalystar is vendor management software for facilities and procurement teams: before you book a job it checks which vendors are already under contract and ranks your pool by real performance, then turns every completed job into a record for renewals, disputes, and incidents. It serves three people who rarely share a screen: whoever sees the work, whoever sources the vendor, and whoever signs the renewal, all working from the same evidence instead of memory.

01: How it began

The accidental partnership

Before we ever met, our companies were already working together. Different sides of the same deals and we had no idea. It took joining the same team to discover we'd been connected all along.

02: Where we met

Meeting at Lexcheck

We finally met building contract-review software. Two product-obsessed people with very different toolkits, suddenly shipping together. Thomas brought the user instinct; Fernando made it work every single time.

03: The trigger

A question

A friend posed what seemed like a simple problem: “I just need to know which of my vendors actually deliver.” It sounded easy on paper. Once we started digging, we realised we were pulling on something much bigger.

Our goal is to become the leading vendor management platform for facility and procurement operations, from schools and hospitals to home care and corporations. Long-term contracts promise quality across hundreds of individual jobs. Evalystar turns each one into evidence: facility teams capture it on-site, sourcing and procurement leads use it to route the next job to the right vendor, and operations leaders rely on it the moment a contract comes up for renewal.
