Pro adds the portfolio layer, flat $99 USD per site per month: cross-site reporting, vendor comparisons, AI renewal feedback, and more document storage. Nothing is priced per seat or per vendor. Portfolios above 25 sites move to quoted Enterprise, where SSO and API access are coming soon.

Common questions
What happens if I cancel?
The same thing. You drop to Free, not to a locked account. We do not hold your data hostage. Reports and analytics already generated on Pro are no longer accessible until you resubscribe, but the underlying jobs, vendors, and incidents stay intact.
What counts as a site?
One physical location you manage. A campus with several buildings under one address and one manager counts as one.
Can I put some sites on Free and some on Pro?
No. Plans apply to the whole company, because a portfolio report over a partly unpaid portfolio would not mean anything.
Is there a limit on jobs, users, or vendors?
No. Jobs, users, and vendors are unlimited on every plan, including Free.
How is Pro billed as I add sites?
$99 per site per month, flat. Ten sites is $990. There are no tiers, brackets, or volume thresholds to work out. Large, multi-site portfolios should talk to us about Enterprise. SSO and API access are not available yet; both are coming soon to Enterprise first.
Do my vendors need to use Evalystar?
No. Vendors never touch the platform. Your team rates the work after every job. No vendor onboarding, no vendor portal, no permission required from the service provider.
Is Evalystar a CMMS?
No. A CMMS manages internal work orders and maintenance assets. Evalystar manages external vendor performance: scoring every job, surfacing patterns over time, and building the evidence trail for contract renewal. Teams that run a CMMS keep it: the CMMS holds the work orders, Evalystar holds the vendor decision around them.
How is Evalystar different from VendorPM, ServiceChannel, or Gatekeeper?
VendorPM is a vendor marketplace where vendors pay to be listed, and ServiceChannel is an enterprise work-order platform where providers pay a fee on each approved invoice; both are custom-priced. Gatekeeper is a contract lifecycle tool for procurement and legal, priced by number of third parties. Evalystar checks contract coverage before a job is booked, rates every job, and checks invoices against the contract. It is self-serve, free to start with no credit card: a facility manager or a sourcing/procurement lead can be up and running in 20 minutes. No implementation project, no sales call, no internal sign-off required to start.
