Eight analytical systems in one platform
Each subsystem turns raw evaluation data into a specific type of actionable intelligence for facility managers and operations directors.
Total jobs, completed jobs, active providers, total sites, average rating, high-risk vendor count, critical site count, contracts to replace. All in one live view. The numbers operations directors need without opening a spreadsheet.
Risk is computed from three factors: incident rate, rating trend delta, and low-rating percentage. Each factor is classified independently and combined into an overall risk level. Evalystar surfaces high and medium-risk vendors automatically. No manual calculation required.
Spend is broken down by provider, site, work type, and provider type. The standout metric is cost-per-rating-point: the actual cost per unit of quality delivered. A vendor charging 20% more but rating 30% higher has a better cost-per-rating-point than their cheaper alternative.
For each active contract, Evalystar computes actual spend vs contracted value and shows utilisation percentage. Contracts with no linked jobs are flagged. Contracts running over budget are surfaced automatically, before invoices become a surprise.
Each site is scored on compliance rate, incident rate, and rating bias. Sites are classified as healthy, attention, or critical. Multi-site operators see a portfolio-level health view and know exactly which sites need attention before complaints reach management.
For every contract approaching expiry, Evalystar generates a recommendation (renew, review, or replace) with the specific data points that drove it: rating trend, incident count, days until expiry, spend vs contract value. No interpretation required.
Across all evaluations with comments, Evalystar surfaces the top positive and negative themes per vendor. A vendor with recurring "communication" in negative themes is flagged, even if their average star rating is 4.1. Language patterns matter as much as numbers.
Side-by-side comparison of multiple providers on the same criteria categories, showing which vendor scores higher on quality, timeliness, communication, or compliance for the same service type. Useful at renewal time when choosing between two candidates for the same contract.
